　1. Basic science, advanced technologies and application of all types of capacitors, i.e., ceramic, film, aluminum electrolytic, tantalum, electric double-layer, electrochemical redox (pseudo) capacitors, etc.

　2. Capacitor performances for power uses such as electric vehicles and energy back-up (storage) application.

　3. Materials for advanced capacitors (e.g., carbonaceous materials, polymers, metal oxides, composites), and new concept for fabricating high performance energy and power storage devices.

　The technical program will include plenary, invited, contributed oral / poster presentations. Submitted papers will be reviewed and selected as an oral or poster presentation by the committee.

　The official language is English.

　Oral Presentations
　The oral presentation will be 40 min for PLENARY lectures and 20 min for INVITED and contributed oral presentations, including discusson. Presenters are requested to speak within the allotted time. An LCD projector will be provided. Authors are required to provide their own laptop computers for the LCD presentations. Presenters who wish to use equipment other than LCD (e.g. OHP, OHC) must request this to the secretary in advence.
　Please save your presentation data to USB flash memory for backup, and bring it with you.

　Poster Presentations
　・The size of poster board is 90 cm (W) by 240 cm (H).

　・Poster schedule time are as below：

　・Presenters are fully responsible for the set up & take down of posters. Posters left after 3 p.m. June 2, 2010 will be discarded.

　・Presenters must be present during the discussion time.

　・Student Poster Presentation Awards will be selected from posters given by student. Selections will be conducted from May 31 - June 2, 2010. Please make sure to inform the registrarion desk if you are a student giving a poster presentation.

　Technical Exhibits
　・Exhibit Rate for non-members：100,000 JPY per site.
　・One site will be equipped with the following：
　Panel of 200 cm (W) by 100 cm (H)
　Table of 180 cm by 60 cm
　Two chairs
