During this period, the "Abstract Submission" and "Registration" pages will not be available for use.

Call for abstract
The ICAC2023 organizing committee invites colleagues to submit abstracts to be considered for presentation at the ICAC2023.
All abstracts should be submitted in PDF format through the abstract submission site.
The deadline for abstract submissions is June 12, 2023. No abstract will be considered after the deadline.
The number of the submission for the contributed oral is over than that of the slot.
Only abstract submission for poster can be extended by 19th, June (Japan Standard Time).
Please note that the decision of the presentation type will be made by the organizing committee of ICAC2023.
All abstracts will be published in the electronic abstract book of the ICAC2023.
Notice: your presentation will be automatically cancelled if you do not pay the registration fee by the dead-line of early-bird registration (4th, August).
Guidelines for writing your Abstract
All manuscript should be written in English using the abstract template form which can be downloaded.

Standard A4 (8.27” × 11.69” / 210mm × 297mm) sheets should be used for the abstract. All margins should be 18 mm wide. The manuscript should be 1 page for poster presentations, 1 page for invited lectures and contributed oral, and 2 pages for plenary and keynote lectures. Do not use page numbers in the file.
The first line should contain the title in bold letters with Times New Roman size 10 or an equivalent font. The names of the authors should be typed with the presenting author name underlined. Include the affiliation of the authors in the following lines with postal address in italics. Give the e-mail address for the corresponding author. Leave a blank line after the e-mail address.
In the main text, use justified alignment with single spacing. Use Times New Roman size 9 or an equivalent font except for the title. Standard abbreviations can be used without definition. Other abbreviations should be placed in parenthesis after the first mention. The text usually consists of the Introduction, Experimental, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion (can vary).
Review, Acceptance and Notification
All abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee of ICAC2023. Receipt of abstract submission will be acknowledged via e-mail. E-mail notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting author by early July 2023.
