Guide for Presenters
Oral Presentation Guidelines

30 min for Keynote Lectures

All presenters are requested to speak in English within the allotted time. An LCD projector will be provided. Presenters are required to provide their own laptop computers for the presentations. Presenters can connect their laptops to the projector to preview your presentation before initial presentation or during lunch time and coffee break every day. We recommend that presenters bring a USB memory-stick with their presentation files to avoid any trouble of their laptops. Presenters requiring additional equipment must request in writing to capatech@icac2023.jp at least one week prior to the conference.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
The poster session area will be held from 15:20 to 16:40 on September 27 (Wed) at Room B of Shichirigahama Banquet Hall.
The presentation number will already be posted on the board by the conference staff. Please look for your presentation number in the Program book and mount your poster (A0 size; 84 cm × 120 cm) on the assigned board (width 90 cm and height 210 cm).
Presenters can mount their posters from September 26 afternoon. All posters must be mounted on their assigned board before the poster session on September 27 (Wed). Presenters are requested to remove them before the lunch time on September 28 (Thurs) is over. Presenters are fully responsible for the set up and take down of posters. Remaining posters after the designated time will be disposed of without notification to the Presenters.
Poster should not exceed A0 size in portrait orientation. Materials necessary to mount the posters to the boards will be available at the site.
Student Poster Awards will be selected from posters given by the student. The ceremony for awards will be held at the Closing Address on September 29 (Fri).
