Registration Fees
*Authors of accepted abstracts must register by 4th August to guarantee publication and presentation.
*After 23rd September, we only accept on-site registration.
*Early-bird registration: Valid until 4 August 2023.
*All dates are in Japan Standard Time.

Cancellation and Refunding:
The registration fee will be refunded according to the figures below.
Refunds are not given after early registration deadline and for no-shows.
- Until 30 days before Early Registration deadline: Full refund
- Until Early Registration deadline: 50% refund
- After Early Registration deadline: No refund *The refunds will be made to the credit card which was used for the payment of registration fees.
*Please note that if your credit card is invalid due to expiration or any other reasons, the refund cannot be made.
*For refunds via bank transfer, bank charges and handling fees (5,000 yen or more) will be deducted.
