The number of the hotel rooms provided by the official ICAC 2023 travel agency is limited, so we are sending the announcement of the accommodation arrangements during the conference only to all presenters attending from abroad. We are very sorry for not providing the rooms for all participants.
Accommodations close to the venue site are typically crowded this time of the year, but this year we are anticipating more than usual tourists. Due to an unexpected BIG event nearby, Kuwata Keisuke's Southern All Stars Summer Concert, rooms near the venue site are difficult to book. We suggest that you book rooms ASAP.
